Fashion. Home decor. Jewelry. That's where we do our best work.
Brands and dropshipping stores both work. The products need to be physical, and the margin needs to cover the ads.
What We Scale
Twelve niches, all physical products.
What We Pass On
Google blocks the rest or makes them hard to scale. Anything Google won't let us scale cleanly, we pass on it.
What the Floor Actually Is
There is no contractual minimum. In practice, we are usually a fit from €5K a month in Google Ads spend. If the fee does not make sense for you, I say so in the first message.
Conversions matter more than spend. Smart Bidding usually starts working around 30 sales a month. Below that, Google is still guessing.
If that's you, message me. If not, I'd just be wasting your money.

About Chris
Founder, ZenoX Media · @ecomchrisx
Chris has run his own ecom stores since 2018. He opened ZenoX Media in 2024.
Chris hired agencies for his own stores first. He watched them miss bid changes, leave feeds half-fixed and pad the reports.
Chris reads your first message. If the fit is there, you meet the senior operator who would run the account.
“I started it because I was the client, and I was tired.”
Before You Hire Anyone Again
If you have ever had to tell your agency the account was down, you know this scene.
By lunch your sales are at zero.
Your Shopping ads stop on Thursday. Merchant Center shows a misrepresentation flag. By lunch, sales are at zero. You ask the agency. They say they appealed. Nobody checked the account until you raised it, and nobody can tell you when it will be back.
Two Gaps
The account was not watched often enough. The contract also made it hard to leave.
A feed can break overnight and sit untouched until the weekly call. Every hour costs you sales.
Check who owns the ad account and how much notice you must give. A long contract can keep you paying after the work stops making sense.
Every new account takes time from the accounts already there. Nobody has opened your account in nine days. Nothing on the account tells you that.
Slow checks cost money. A long contract stops you from leaving.
03:47
A Performance Max campaign starts spending an extra $312 an hour overnight. That is three times its normal pace. The engine catches it.
03:52
It looks profitable. The spend is branded search that the brand campaign already buys for less.
07:20
We pull the branded searches out of Performance Max. The brand campaign can then pay more per click and win those clicks itself. Budget moves to what is working. A normal week of these spikes cost $1,840. Moving the searches cut that waste to zero.

Not My Words
Nine clients explain what changed in their own stores.
Arthur, 8-Figure Fashion Dropshipper - Meta-only before. Then they added Google. Revenue tripled.
Matt, Ecom Brand Owner, Canada - Meta was already working. The Google campaigns started driving sales on day one.
Mark, 7-Figure Brand Owner, Travel - $20K a month on Google. Doubled in month one, tripled by month five.
Who Runs Your Account
The engine raises the alert. A senior operator decides what changes.
Nobody sits awake watching accounts at 3am. The engine checks them. A senior operator reviews the alert when the first shift starts.
A senior operator who scaled an ecom store runs your account. Media buying, ops, content and engineering support them. Nineteen of us, full time. You meet your operator on the kickoff call, not a sales rep. No account manager translating between you and the work.
That person stays on your account. You talk to them direct.
I read the first message and decide whether we're a fit. Your operator runs the account after that. I'm not your day-to-day media buyer, and you shouldn't want me to be.
Ask me who'd be on yours and I'll give you the name before you sign anything.
Eight systems run under every account. The anomaly engine checks the account every hour.
The anomaly engine checks spend, conversions, feed changes, disapprovals and asset performance every hour.
Two more illustrative composites, based on patterns across client accounts.
Google disapproved 12 products, mostly missing GTINs and one image. The engine caught it inside the hour. We fixed the attributes, and the products came back the same day. Nobody waited for a Friday call.
Another alert found 312 vague product titles. We rewrote them that day using the searches that were converting.
Your feed gets rewritten field by field: title, description, category, and the extra attributes your niche gets rewarded for.
Every product gets sorted into a bucket, from champion down to dead weight, so we can see what to feed and what to cut.
Your products and your markets get ranked every night, spend and profit side by side.
A forecast tells us where your revenue is heading before the month ends.
Send your account and we'll run these on it and tell you what they find.

Your card pays Google directly. We never hold or mark up the ad budget.
Some agencies pay Google with their own card. Then they bill you more than Google charged. You never see the real number. Pay Google directly and that can't happen to you.

Two tools get billed on top, at the price I publish. CSS partner: €24.90 per store per month. Feed management tool: €49.90 per store per month. Only once it's installed.
I get paid more when you spend more. That's a real problem. So my rate drops as your spend climbs. 10% down to 6%. Every extra euro pays me less than the last one. And I have no notice period. An account I scaled unprofitably fires me next month.
I won't hand you a ROAS number. Nobody honest can. I track the trend. I move when the numbers move. I tell you straight when something isn't working.
You can leave next month and take everything with you.
Send me your monthly ad spend on WhatsApp. I'll come back with your exact fee, down to the euro.

The Attention Gap, Closed
Day 1-2
You get a Slack channel, and you send us access. Shopify, Google Ads, Merchant Center, whatever you've got.
Your operator is in that channel from the first message. No ticket queue, nobody relaying.
Day 3-4
We set up or audit your product feed and install server-side conversion tracking. Then we check both against your Shopify orders.
Day 5-14
We rebuild the account around the data. Negative keywords go live, and every product gets a performance label. By day fourteen the structure, labels and negatives are all new.
Shopping and brand Search go live by the end of week one. They start collecting sales data.
You get a weekly performance snapshot in the channel, and your operator is there the rest of the week.
Week 2-4
We tune the account against your starting point. You see each change in the account and each result in Shopify.

We don't run a sales team. I read every first message and pick the brands myself.
A team lead signs off before anything touches your spend. Trainees can pull reports and draft changes. They do not approve them.
Ask me how many accounts your operator has that week. I'll give you the live number.
200+ brands, all time. Not all live at once. That number is a history, not a headcount.
I look for a niche we know and enough room to scale.
We only say yes when there is room to scale.
We're taking on new brands now. If that changes, I'll tell you in the first reply.
There's no waitlist and no queue. You send me your account, I read it myself, and you get a yes or a no from me, not from a form.

Christopher Krassnig · Founder, ZenoX Media
Two client stores got flagged by Google this year. Sales went to zero overnight. If I cannot give the account enough attention, I turn it down.
Send me your monthly Google Ads spend and your niche. If we're not a fit, you still keep what I find in your account.

Before You Message Me
A bad month does not get buried. I show you what failed and what we change next.
I look at the account live and tell you if I think we can grow it.
The message comes straight to me.
I read the first message and decide whether we're a fit, then I bring in the operator who'd run your account.
You share the screen. I show you where the account is wasting money and what I would change.
I send you the issues either way.
If I think we can grow it, I show you how. If not, I say so before you pay.
Month to month. Your card pays Google. Leave whenever you want.
