Fashion. Home decor. Jewelry. That's where we do our best work.
Brands and dropshipping stores both work, as long as the products are physical and the margin is real. That's the sweet spot.
What We Scale
Twelve niches, all physical products.
What We Pass On
Not a vibe. A Google rule. Anything Google won't let us scale cleanly, we pass on it.
What the Floor Actually Is
There's no minimum ad spend. It's about size, not spend. Under six figures a month in revenue my fee doesn't make sense for you. I'll say so on the first message. I'm not taking your money for that.
The floor that does matter is conversions, not euros. In the accounts we run, smart bidding starts behaving somewhere around 30 conversions a month. Below that it's guessing. Brands I work with are well past it.
If that's you, message me. If not, I'd just be wasting your money.

About Chris
Founder, ZenoX Media · @ecomchrisx
Chris has run his own ecom stores since 2018. He opened ZenoX Media in 2024.
He built it because he was the client first. He hired Google Ads agencies for his own stores and watched them drift on bids, half-fix his feeds and pad the reports.
He reads your first message and decides whether we're a fit. After that a senior operator runs your account, and you talk to them direct.
“I started it because I was the client, and I was tired.”
Before You Hire Anyone Again
One scene. If it has never been your account, you don't need me.
By lunch your sales are at zero.
Say your Shopping ads stop on a Thursday. No call, no warning you understood, just a misrepresentation flag sitting in Merchant Center. By lunch your sales are at zero. You ask what happened. They say: we've appealed. That's it. Nobody had opened that account until you told them to open it, and nobody can tell you when it comes back.
Two Gaps
You didn't just pick badly. Maybe they were good, maybe they weren't. Either way the same two gaps were open.
A leak doesn't wait for office hours. Say your feed broke at 3am and nobody looked until the Friday call. That's four days of full budget on products that aren't for sale.
They wrote the contract, so it protects them. Go and check whose manager account your ads sit in, and what your notice period is. If it's a six or twelve month deal with notice on top, a bad month gets covered by the notice period instead of fixed.
An agency that keeps saying yes splits the same hours more ways. Nobody has opened your account in nine days. Nothing on the account tells you that.
One of those gaps costs you money every hour it stays open. The other decides whether you can do anything about it.
So I built the company around the gaps I can close, and I'll tell you which one is still open.
The Time Gap, Closed
03:47
A Performance Max campaign starts spending an extra $312 an hour. Three times its normal pace. Nobody is watching at this hour. The engine is.
03:52
Great on paper. But it's branded search the brand campaign already owns, at half the price.
07:20
We pull the branded searches out of Performance Max. We let the brand campaign accept a bit less profit per sale so it can pay more per click and win those clicks itself. Budget moves to what's working. A normal week of spikes like this cost $1,840. After: zero.
Anonymised composite of real client wins.

Not My Words
That was all me. These nine aren't.
Nine clients, on camera, telling you what happened to their store. Pick the one closest to yours.
Arthur, 8-Figure Fashion Dropshipper - Meta-only before. Then they added Google. Revenue tripled.
Matt, Ecom Brand Owner, Canada - Winning on Meta, skipping Google. Day one, the campaigns were printing.
Mark, 7-Figure Brand Owner, Travel - $20K a month on Google. Doubled in month one, tripled by month five.
Noah, 7-Figure Ecom Operator - Two stores. Q1 revenue dipped with the season. Profit still went up.
Demian, 6-Figure Fashion Dropshipper - We rebuilt his Merchant Center and scaled the ads. Steadier than Facebook.
Dion, 6-Figure Fashion Dropshipper - Nothing running on Google in October. $100K a month from Google by December.
Luka, 8-Figure Fashion Dropshipper - Multiple stores at €10-15K a day through Q4.
Andrei, 7-Figure Ecom Brand - About 18 months in. At one point last year Google out-earned Meta, his main platform.
Julio, Multi-Store Fashion Dropshipper - Came off Meta and moved Google to ZenoX in December. Multiple fashion stores.
Who Runs Your Account
An engine catches the leak. A person decides what to do about it.
We don't have a human awake at 3am. That's the entire reason the engine exists. It catches the leak and holds the position until the first shift opens. That's why the fix in the 03:47 story shipped at 07:20 and not at noon.
At 07:20 that person was a senior operator. Not a rule in a script. Someone read what the Brain found, agreed, and shipped the fix that morning.
A senior operator who scaled their own ecom store runs your account, with our media buyers, ops, content and engineering people behind them. Nineteen of us, full time. You meet your operator on the kickoff call, not a sales rep. No account manager translating between you and the work.
That person stays on your account. You talk to them direct.
I read the first message and decide whether we're a fit. Your operator runs the account after that. I'm not your day-to-day media buyer, and you shouldn't want me to be.
Ask me who'd be on yours and I'll give you the name before you sign anything.
Everything Else Watching Your Account
Eight systems run under every account. Only one of them is worth naming here.
The anomaly engine is the part that never stops reading. Spend spikes in Performance Max, conversion drops, feed drift, disapprovals, asset performance, the Smart Bidding curve. It reads your account every hour, and what it has learned across 200+ ecom brands points back at yours.
Two more catches, each from a different account.
Google disapproved 12 products, mostly missing GTINs and one image. It was caught inside the hour, the attributes were fixed, and the products were back up the same day. Nobody waited for a Friday call.
On another account, product titles were flagged as too vague for the searches that were actually converting. We rewrote and shipped 312 of them the same day.
The rest, plain:
Your feed gets rewritten field by field: title, description, category, and the extra attributes your niche gets rewarded for.
Every product gets sorted into a bucket, from champion down to dead weight, so we can see what to feed and what to cut.
Your products and your markets get ranked every night, spend and profit side by side.
A forecast tells us where your revenue is heading before the month ends.
Send your account and we'll run these on it and tell you what they find.

Two tools get billed on top, at the price I publish. CSS partner: €24.90 per store per month. Feed management tool: €49.90 per store per month. Only once it's installed.
I get paid more when you spend more. That's a real problem. So my rate drops as your spend climbs. 10% down to 6%. Every extra euro pays me less than the last one. And I have no notice period. An account I scaled unprofitably fires me next month.
I won't hand you a ROAS number. Nobody honest can. I track the trend. I move when the numbers move. I tell you straight when something isn't working.
You can leave next month and take everything with you.

The Attention Gap, Closed
Day 1-2
You get a Slack channel, and you send us access. Shopify, Google Ads, Merchant Center, whatever you've got.
Your operator is in that channel from the first message. No ticket queue, nobody relaying.
Day 3-4
We set up or audit your product feed and install server-side conversion tracking. Most accounts are live and collecting data by the end of day four.
Day 5-14
The real rebuild. We restructure the account around what the data says. Negative keywords ship. Every product gets a performance label. By day fourteen the structure, the labels and the negatives are all new.
Inside that same window your Shopping and brand search campaigns go live by the end of week one and start collecting real conversion data.
You get a weekly performance snapshot in the channel, and your operator is there the rest of the week.
Week 2-4
Structure moves fast. First wins land in weeks two to four. The full ramp takes six to eight weeks, once there's enough data to tune. Faster is luck. Slower means we missed something.

We don't run a sales team. Nobody here is paid to close you. We're taking on new brands again, and every one of them still gets picked by hand.
Every live account has a team lead who signs off before anything touches your spend. A trainee can pull reports and draft changes. Nobody watches more accounts than they can run by hand.
I could print an accounts-per-operator number here and make the ceiling look tight. I won't. It moves every week, and a number on a page is wrong the day after it's printed. Ask me and I'll tell you what it is that week.
200+ brands, all time. Not all live at once. That number is a history, not a headcount.
We pick every brand by hand. Usually it's one we've already been watching, in a niche we already scale, with the headroom to do real numbers.
Flat accounts churn.
The math only works for us if you can scale.
We're open for new brands as I write this.
That won't always be true. If it's changed by the time you read it, I'll tell you straight, on the first message. I'm not going to pretend a door is shut to make you hurry.
There's no waitlist and no queue. You send me your account, I read it myself, and you get a yes or a no from me, not from a form.

Christopher Krassnig · Founder, ZenoX Media
Two client stores got flagged by Google this year. Sales went to zero overnight. If I can't watch your account closely enough to catch that fast, I say no. Saying no to you is cheaper than failing you.
Send me your monthly Google Ads spend and your niche. If we're not a fit, you still keep what I find in your account.

Before You Message Me
Here is what I do when a month goes badly, and what you can do about it.
Send your account. I look at it live and tell you straight if we can grow it.
No form, no ticket queue, no sales rep.
I read the first message and decide whether we're a fit, then I bring in the operator who'd run your account.
Share the screen. Show you exactly where the money's leaking, and what we'd do about it. I only pitch if I'm sure we can grow it.
You keep the leaks either way. I write them up and send them, fit or no fit.
If we're a fit and we can grow you, we'll show you how on that call. If we can't, we'll say so straight, before you pay anything, and point you at someone who can.
Month to month. Your card pays Google. Leave whenever you want.
