Do I Talk to the Person Running My Account, or a Sales Rep?
The person running it. Every account has a senior operator who has scaled their own ecom store. You meet them on the kickoff call. No account manager translating between you and the work.
What Happens If You Take Me on and It Doesn't Work?
We tell you before you would notice, and we fix it or we cut it. Flat accounts churn, so the math only works for us if you scale. That is why we are picky about who we take. If we cannot scale you, we say so on the call, before you pay anything.
How Long Before I See Results?
Most accounts see meaningful structural change in the first two to four weeks. Real performance lifts land by week six to eight, once the data is enough to tune. Anything faster is luck. Anything slower is a missed signal.
What Kind of ROAS Can I Expect?
Honestly, the wrong question. ROAS is a vanity metric. A 3x ROAS at seventy percent margin puts more money in your pocket than a 5x at thirty percent. Different niches sit at different margin floors. We have run profitable accounts at 2x and unprofitable ones at 5x. The only number that matters is what hits your bank account at the end of the month. That is what we optimise for. On the strategy call, we look at your margins, your niche, and your account, and tell you what monthly profit is realistic.
Do I Need a Minimum Ad Spend to Work with You?
Yes, but the bar is low. We start at around fifty euros a day. Below that, the data is too thin for the campaigns to break out of the learning phase, and the work is not worth your spend or ours.
Send your account. If we have a seat and we can grow it, we will book a call and show you how on a live screen. If we cannot, we will tell you that and point you at someone who can.
