A Google Ads agency for ecommerce runs Google Shopping, Performance Max, and Search for online stores, plus Merchant Center, the product feed, and conversion tracking. An ecommerce agency works from the feed and the margin, not from the keyword list a general PPC agency uses.
Ecommerce Google Ads management is the daily running of the account so spend stays on products that pay. Google Shopping and Performance Max management puts products in front of people already looking to buy. Feed and Merchant Center work rewrites titles and attributes, then clears issues before spend goes up. Conversion tracking matches Google's reported sales to real store orders, because Google is the one counting them. Scaling raises budget in 10 to 20 percent steps, then waits 3 to 4 days before the next move. Reporting shows what changed and why, in the account you already own.
ZenoX Media is a Google Ads agency for ecommerce brands. Christopher Krassnig founded it. We have 19 full-time operators and have worked with 200+ ecom brands across 12 niches. We sell this service, so weigh that when you read the rest of the page. The case studies below are the receipts.
Google Shopping does not use keywords you type. It reads your product titles, types, and attributes. A weak title means you never show up for the search that would have sold. We rewrite product titles and attributes, then clear Merchant Center issues before raising spend. On a jewelry account, we rewrote the top 80 product titles and added custom labels. By week 9, cost per sale was down 38% and spend stayed flat at €120K a month. We changed the campaign structure in the same window and reset the target ROAS from 340% to 220%, then to 260%, so the feed work does not stand alone in that result.
One Performance Max campaign on the whole store shares one budget. Brand searches and weak products then compete with the products that pay. We split the work. Performance Max covers broad demand. Standard Shopping gives more control on selected products. Search defends brand terms and exact product searches. We pick the mix after we read the feed.
Search and Shopping will pay for junk queries if you let them, including free, jobs, DIY, and wholesale when you do not sell wholesale. We add negative keywords so that spend stops. We keep adding them as new waste shows up.
We raise budget when the products that pay can take more. Tracking has to match Shopify orders first. Then the bid changes.

No agency fits every store. Start with who does the feed work. Check who you talk to, how the fee is built, proof you can click, and whether your spend is high enough.
Ecommerce lives on the product feed and Merchant Center. An agency that fixes those before touching bids is a better fit than a generalist that starts with ad copy. Ask what they change in week one. The answer tells you the rest.
Ask who makes the daily calls on your account. Meet that person before you sign.
Ask for the full monthly fee at your current spend and your next target. Check which work the fee includes.
Ask for third-party reviews you can open. Case studies should show the full time window and what each number measures.
Check the current minimum spend and the full fee. Leave enough budget for the ads themselves.
