Google Ads Dropshipping Agency
Most agencies bolt Channable on top of a broken Merchant Center and pray Smart Bidding figures it out. We built the Google Ads dropshipping engine 200+ ecom stores run on. Cold launches hit $100K/month in 60 days. Multi-store operators run €10-15K/day in Q4. This is what it looks like when senior operators do the work.

Written by Christopher Krassnig, Founder & CEO of ZenoX Media. Updated . Runs Google Ads for 200+ ecom brands. Everything on this page comes from those accounts.
Google Ads dropshipping means selling products you never hold in stock and buying the traffic on Google, mostly through Google Shopping, Performance Max, and Search. It works, because the person searching already wants the product. And Google allows it: there is no policy against dropshipping itself.
What kills stores is the store around the model. Copied supplier photos, copied descriptions, shipping times that do not match the feed. The work that wins here is feed engineering and margin-aware bidding, not ad creative. A Google Ads dropshipping agency is the team that does that work for you: the ads, the feed, the Merchant Center, and the tracking.
ZenoX Media is one. Christopher Krassnig founded it, it runs Google Ads for 200+ ecom stores on Shopify, it is rated 4.8 on Trustpilot, and it teaches the same playbook free in the Google Ads eCom Lab community (1,200+ members). We sell this service, so weigh that when you read the rest of the page.
Want to learn it yourself first? The free Google Ads dropshipping guide teaches the whole setup in ten lessons: the auction, campaign types, Merchant Center, the feed, negative keywords, tracking, and the margin math. No email gate. Come back here when your time, not your budget, is the thing holding the account back.

They provide detailed weekly updates on how the business is performing as well as other valuable nuggets to help scale your business. They have made the front end of the business so much easier to handle and allow me to focus on the backend.

Really great company, nice to work with and really responsive! The results speak for themselves!

They did record days, switched to a non-Google CSS, and optimized the entire feed before the week was over. The support is nonstop.

Seen enough receipts? Let's look at your account.
Most of these disapprovals are mechanical: variant pricing collisions, missing return policy, contact transparency. Other agencies see them, sigh, and move on. Across the accounts our autofix engine runs, it clears about 80% of category-specific disapprovals inside 24 hours. The rest need a human, and we tell you which is which. Inventory back in the auction before Smart Bidding starts compounding the loss.
Dropshipping margins shift weekly as suppliers change pricing. The custom labels every other niche treats as nice-to-have are existential here. Without them, Performance Max chases ROAS-positive Wasters and quietly bleeds your margin into supplier costs. We label every product by margin tier and feed it into value-based bidding.
Smart Bidding cannot tune to fewer than 30 conversions per campaign. New stores get stuck in learning forever. We seed conversions with offline conversion imports, value-based bidding, and Search backstops that print before Performance Max has woken up.
Across the Shopify stores we have moved off pixel-only tracking, the pixel was missing roughly 30-40% of conversions to Safari ITP, ad blockers, and the next iOS release. Smart Bidding sees half the picture and bids accordingly. We run server-side tracking with the ZenoX Shopify app on every account so the conversion data Google sees matches the Shopify back end.
We measured it. 12,375 products across 251 real Merchant Center accounts, July 2026. 81.3% carried no GTIN and no MPN. 68% of titles ran past 80 characters when Google shows about 70. Only 5% named a material or a pattern. Every blank field is a search you cannot match, on a channel where the feed decides the auction before any bid does. We fill them product by product before we touch a budget.
Most dropshipping accounts we take over run a single Performance Max campaign with the whole catalogue inside it. Google then spends where it is easiest, which is your own brand name and your cheapest product. We split the catalogue by margin tier, keep brand queries out of PMax and in Search where you can control them, and run Search underneath on the product terms people actually type. Same budget, very different destination.
Why ZenoX for Google Ads dropshipping
Dropshipping margins move every week when suppliers change their prices. Most agencies never label for it, so Smart Bidding chases sales that lose you money. We label every product by margin tier and bid to profit, not revenue. That is the difference between a store that scales and one that bleeds. We know the hard way. We ran our own stores first.
The case studies on this page are the full pull. A cold launch hit $100K/month in 60 days. A multi-store operator ran €10-15K/day in Q4. Six-figure brands ended up steadier on Google Ads than on Meta. The subniche playbooks at /dropshipping are how we tune the engine for whatever you happen to sell. And we do not guess at what feeds need: our Product Feed Quality Index measures 12,375 products across 251 real Merchant Center accounts, so the feed work starts from data, not opinion. The same math is free on this site before you ever talk to us. The ROAS calculator and the dropshipping profit checker work out your break-even, and the Merchant Center disapproval checklist is the compliance pass we run on every new store, written out check by check.
No single agency is best for every dropshipping store. Judge on five things dropshipping actually punishes: Merchant Center suspension experience, cold-launch experience, feed engineering depth, tracking they own, and a fee that rewards scaling. Here is what to check, and who fits which situation.
Dropshipping stores get suspended more than any other store type. Ask the agency how many suspensions they have reversed and what their misrepresentation checklist looks like. A blank stare here costs you your whole channel later.
A fresh store has no conversion history, so Smart Bidding starts blind. Ask how they get a zero-history account through the learning phase. If the answer is 'raise the budget and wait', they have never done it.
On dropshipping catalogs the feed IS the campaign. Titles, product types, and item-level data decide the auction before any bid does. Ask what they change in the feed in week one, product by product.
Ask what they do when Safari and ad blockers drop a chunk of your conversions. If the answer is not server-side tracking wired into your Shopify store, Smart Bidding is bidding on half your data and every other answer they gave you stops mattering.
Dropshipping margins are thin. A tiered percentage that drops as spend grows protects the margin you scale on. A flat retainer on a thin-margin store is a slow leak.
Dropshipping specialist (ZenoX Media)Our lane
Senior operators who cold-launch new stores and run multi-store operators daily, across 200+ ecom accounts. Feed and Merchant Center compliance handled before bids, tiered fee from 10% down to 6% as spend scales. Best fit from EUR 5K/month ad spend.
General ecommerce agency
Fine for established brands with clean catalogs. On dropshipping timelines and suspension risk, a generalist learns on your budget.
Freelancer
Can work at small scale if they know Merchant Center cold. The risk is bus factor: one person, one point of failure, and suspensions do not wait for their availability.

Pet dropshipping accounts win on two things: fit data in the feed and a seasonal calendar you can see coming. Summer cooling pads, the October costume window, the gifting wave, winter coats, the January puppy rush. Each window pays for the next. Most agencies optimise to ROAS, miss the compounding, and never notice that half the catalogue has no size on it.
Home gadget dropshipping wins on two things. How fast a viral SKU gets its own asset group, and whether the order value can pay for a Shopping click at all. Most gadget stores lose on the second one and never run the sum. We run it on the call, before we touch a bid.
Beauty tool dropshipping lives on category demand. Skincare devices, hair tools, grooming kits: people Google them while they are still deciding, long before they land in anyone's retargeting pool. Two things stop you serving those buyers. Merchant Center reading your device as a medical device, and a €15 gua sha stone eating the budget a €180 LED mask earned.
Fitness dropshipping lives on the January wave plus a steady year-round base. New Year resolutions are the spike. The compounding revenue is the home-gym buyer in March who wants better resistance bands. We tune for both, and we do the freight math first, because iron is heavy and shipping is what quietly eats a fitness margin.
Kitchen dropshipping runs on two things: the material a buyer types into Google, and the November gifting wave. Nobody searches for 'pan'. They search 'cast iron skillet 12 inch' and 'induction safe stock pot'. If your feed has no material, no size and no cooktop compatibility, you lose the auction before anyone bids. We fix the feed first, then time the wave.
Auto accessories dropshipping lives or dies on fitment. The buyer typing '2019 F-150 floor mats' wants that mat, for that cab, and nothing else. Generic Performance Max shows them the whole catalogue and loses the click. Fitment-tagged feeds plus a Search layer built on year, make, and model win the auctions PMax cannot even see.
