Google Ads Dropshipping Agency
We scale dropshipping stores on Google Ads for owners who want more revenue without holding stock. We have worked with 200+ ecom brands across 12 niches. One private fashion store reached €100K a month on €28K spend in 60 days. We fix the product feed first, then raise spend only when profit holds.

A Google Ads dropshipping agency runs Google Shopping, Performance Max, and Search for stores that never hold stock. The work starts in the product feed and Merchant Center, because Google matches products from those fields. Campaigns and spend increases come after the store facts and Shopify tracking are clean.
ZenoX Media is that agency. Christopher Krassnig founded it. We have 19 full-time operators and have worked with 200+ ecom brands across 12 niches. ZenoX reports €200M+ in client revenue generated. Trustpilot lists a 4.8 rating from 38 reviews. We sell this work, so weigh that when you read the rest of the page.

Google matches your products from the feed, not from ad copy. Titles, product type, colour, size, material, and pattern have to be filled and true. Price and stock have to match the Shopify page. We rewrite those fields before we spend a euro.
One Performance Max campaign can push the whole catalogue through one budget. We label each product by margin in the feed. Then each margin band gets its own Performance Max campaign. Brand searches stay in Search, where you can control them. We can also run Performance Max with products only. Google calls these feed-only asset groups.
Shopping does not let you pick keywords. You can only exclude them. We keep one shared negative list on the account, not a different list per campaign that nobody updates. Junk searches get cut. Brand terms get pulled out of Performance Max so you stop paying full price for people who already typed your name.
We raise budget when the store is still in profit after product cost, shipping, and fees. Work out your break-even ROAS before you spend: how much of each sale is left after costs. Count product cost, shipping, payment fees, discounts, and expected returns first. Divide 1 by that margin. Then add the profit and overhead the store needs to cover. A private fashion dropshipping account reached €100K monthly revenue on €28K monthly spend after 60 days. It started with no sales history. That is that store, not a promise.

Why ZenoX for Google Ads dropshipping
Christopher Krassnig founded ZenoX. We have 19 full-time operators across media buying, ops, content, and engineering. We have worked with 200+ ecom brands across 12 niches. ZenoX reports €200M+ in client revenue generated. Trustpilot lists a 4.8 rating from 38 reviews.
One dropshipping account started with 40% of its products disapproved. Those issues were cleared in the first week, before campaign changes. A private fashion dropshipping account reached €100K monthly revenue on €28K monthly spend after 60 days. It started at €0 spend, with no sales history. A multi-store operator ran at €10-15K a day in Q4. Those results belong to those stores. The source exports are not public, and no independent verifier has checked them.

No Google Ads dropshipping agency fits every store. Check Merchant Center work and cold-launch experience first. Then check what they change in the feed in week one.
You can run it yourself. Performance Max still spends on a broken feed. If the titles are empty and tracking misses Shopify orders, the campaign learns from bad data.
Ask how they check copied supplier photos, copied descriptions, and shipping times that do not match the feed. Ask them to show each check before you sign.
Dropshipping margins can be thin. See the pricing page for the current minimum spend, every fee bracket, required tools, and contract terms. We will show the complete monthly total before you hire us.
A fresh store has no conversion history, so Smart Bidding starts blind. Ask how they get a zero-history account through the learning phase. If the answer is raise the budget and wait, ask for a named example of a store they launched from €0.
You own the Google Ads account. See the pricing page for the current contract terms. We will show them before you hire us.

General ecommerce agency
Fine for established brands with clean catalogues. On dropshipping timelines and suspension risk, ask how many Merchant Center reinstatements they have actually run.

Pet dropshipping accounts win on two things: fit data in the feed and a seasonal calendar you can see coming. Summer cooling pads, the October costume window, the gifting wave, winter coats, the January puppy rush. Each window pays for the next. Most agencies optimise to ROAS, miss the compounding, and never notice that half the catalogue has no size on it.
Home gadget dropshipping wins on two things. How fast a viral SKU gets its own asset group, and whether the order value can pay for a Shopping click at all. Most gadget stores lose on the second one and never run the sum. We run it on the call, before we touch a bid.
Beauty tool dropshipping lives on category demand. Skincare devices, hair tools, grooming kits: people Google them while they are still deciding, long before they land in anyone's retargeting pool. Two things stop you serving those buyers. Merchant Center reading your device as a medical device, and a €15 gua sha stone eating the budget a €180 LED mask earned.
Fitness dropshipping lives on the January wave plus a steady year-round base. New Year resolutions are the spike. The compounding revenue is the home-gym buyer in March who wants better resistance bands. We tune for both, and we do the freight math first, because iron is heavy and shipping is what quietly eats a fitness margin.
Kitchen dropshipping runs on two things: the material a buyer types into Google, and the November gifting wave. Nobody searches for 'pan'. They search 'cast iron skillet 12 inch' and 'induction safe stock pot'. If your feed has no material, no size and no cooktop compatibility, you lose the auction before anyone bids. We fix the feed first, then time the wave.
Auto accessories dropshipping lives or dies on fitment. The buyer typing '2019 F-150 floor mats' wants that mat, for that cab, and nothing else. Generic Performance Max shows them the whole catalogue and loses the click. Fitment-tagged feeds plus a Search layer built on year, make, and model win the auctions PMax cannot even see.
