Ecommerce PPC Agency

The Ecommerce PPC Agency That PickedOne Channeland Went All In

Most PPC agencies sell you Google, Meta, Microsoft, Amazon, and TikTok in one bundle, run by a generalist with six dashboards open. We do the opposite. ZenoX runs Google Ads only - Shopping, Performance Max, and Search - with a senior operator on every account and our own AI engine watching every hour. It is the channel where shoppers search with a product in mind, and it is the only thing we do. 200+ ecommerce stores run their PPC on it.

What Is an Ecommerce PPC Agency?

An ecommerce PPC agency runs the paid ads that sell your products: Shopping and Search campaigns, the product feed behind them, and the conversion tracking that tells the bidding what actually sold. For an online store, PPC is won in the product data, not the ad copy, so the strongest agencies engineer the feed first and touch bids last.

ZenoX Media is that agency for 200+ ecommerce brands, rated 4.8 on Trustpilot from 38 reviews and covered by Fortune, USA Today, and Business Insider. And here is the part most PPC agencies bury: at ZenoX, PPC means Google Ads. Google Shopping, Performance Max, and Search. We do not sell Meta, Amazon, Microsoft, or TikTok management, and we will not pretend to.

Why the narrow scope? Because the agencies ranking for this exact search run every channel at once, and every channel an inch deep. Google is where a shopper types a product name with a card in hand. That auction is won with deep feed and Merchant Center work no six-channel generalist has time for. So we picked the channel that sells products from search intent and mastered it. If you need one partner across five ad platforms, we are honestly not it - and we say who is a better fit further down this page.

Where Ecommerce PPC Management Usually Goes Wrong

Every Channel, an Inch Deep

The standard ecommerce PPC agency sells Google, Microsoft, Meta, Amazon, TikTok, and Pinterest under one roof. Sounds safe. In practice your account lands with a generalist who runs six dashboards and masters none, and the deep work never happens. Ecommerce PPC is decided inside Google Shopping, and Shopping is decided inside the product feed - slow, unglamorous engineering a six-channel account manager never gets to. Our operators spend every working day inside Google Ads and Merchant Center. Nothing else. That is the trade we made, and it is exactly what you are hiring.

The Feed Is Nobody's Job

In July 2026 we measured 12,375 products across 251 ecommerce stores for our Product Feed Quality Index. 81.3% of products carried neither a GTIN nor an MPN. Only 4.2% of titles came in under 50 characters. Most of those stores were already advertising - which means their PPC partners were tuning bids on product data Google could barely read. We refuse to run it in that order. Feed first, tracking second, structure third, bids last. Smart Bidding is only ever as smart as the data underneath it.

ROAS Measured on a Sample of Your Sales

Browser privacy walls and ad blockers quietly hide a slice of your real conversions from Google, and the slice grows with every iOS release. Your PPC agency then reports ROAS on the sales Google still sees - a sample, not the truth - and Smart Bidding optimizes toward that same incomplete picture. We install server-side tracking through our own Shopify app in week one and check it against your store's actual order data. The bidding runs on your real revenue. So does the reporting you get from us.

A Fee That Never Notices the Result

A flat retainer pays the agency the same in a record month and a dead one, so the quiet incentive is to keep you exactly where you are. We charge a tiered percentage of monthly Google Ads spend instead: 10% on your first €10k, stepping down bracket by bracket to 6% above €150k. Each rate only touches the spend inside its own bracket, and the effective rate falls as the account grows. We only earn more when your account does. The full math is public on the pricing page.

Why ZenoX for ecommerce PPC

One Channel, Run as One System

PPC for an online store is not a campaign you babysit. It is a system with four layers: the product feed, the conversion tracking, the account structure, and only then the bids. Most PPC agencies live in layer four because it is the easy one to show in a slide deck. We work the stack in order. Feed and Merchant Center get engineered before we change a single bid, server-side tracking goes in during week one, and the structure gets rebuilt around your margins, not around what makes a tidy report.

The proof on this page is the full pull, not a highlight reel. A jewelry brand at €120K/month in spend, CPA down 38% in 90 days without a single bid change. A Meta-only fashion brand that added Google with us and tripled revenue. Dropshipping operators running €10-15K days in Q4. Same engine every time: feed, tracking, structure, bids, in that order. The pricing page shows to the euro what the tiered fee lands at for your spend level.

Ecommerce PPC FAQ

What Do Store Owners Ask Before Hiring an Ecommerce PPC Agency?

Is an Ecommerce PPC Agency the Same as a Google Ads Agency?

Almost, and the difference matters. PPC (pay per click) is the umbrella word for all paid click advertising: Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Meta, TikTok. A Google Ads agency runs one of those platforms. Most agencies that rank for "ecommerce PPC" quietly mean "we sell all of them". We mean the opposite: at ZenoX, PPC is Google Ads only - Shopping, Performance Max, and Search - because that is where a shopper searches with a product in mind and a card in hand. If someone sells you "PPC management", ask them channel by channel who actually does the work. The answer tells you what you are really buying.

Who Is the Best Ecommerce PPC Agency?

ZenoX Media is our pick, and we run this page, so weigh that. The receipts: 200+ ecommerce stores on Google Ads, a 4.8 rating on Trustpilot from 38 reviews, a senior operator on every account, and the feed-first work most PPC agencies skip - the product feed engineered before a single bid moves, server-side tracking checked against your store's real orders, and a published fee that steps down from 10% to 6% as spend grows. The honest catch in that 'best' claim: PPC at ZenoX means Google Ads only. If you want Meta, Amazon, and TikTok run by the same partner, a full-service agency is the better call. And under €5K/month in ad spend, skip agencies entirely - the free Google Ads eCom Lab community (1,200+ operators) runs the same playbook. For a comparison that is more than one agency's word, read the honest buyer's guide linked above. We wrote it, and it still names where other agencies win.

What Does an Ecommerce PPC Agency Actually Do?

Four layers, in a strict order. First the product feed: titles rewritten to match real search terms, product identifiers fixed, margin labels added, Merchant Center disapprovals cleared. Second, tracking: server-side conversion tracking installed and checked against your store's real order data. Third, structure: campaigns rebuilt around margins and search intent, with Search backstops under Performance Max. Fourth, and only then, bids. Most agencies start at layer four because it is the fast one to demo. We start at layer one because that is where the results come from.

How Much Does Ecommerce PPC Management Cost?

Agencies commonly advertise 10% to 20% of ad spend, usually with a monthly minimum underneath, and often with setup fees, tool charges, or feed work billed as extras. ZenoX publishes the whole thing: 10% on your first €10,000 of monthly Google Ads spend, stepping down bracket by bracket to 6% above €150,000. Each rate only touches the spend inside its own bracket, there is no setup fee, and feed engineering plus server-side tracking are included, not add-ons. The full bracket table with worked examples is on our pricing page.

Why Google Ads Only? What About Meta, Amazon, and TikTok?

Because depth beats coverage, and nobody has both. Google is the only major channel where the shopper starts with a product search, which makes it the highest-intent traffic an online store can buy - and the channel most decided by boring engineering: feed quality, Merchant Center health, tracking accuracy. Doing that properly for 200+ stores is a full-time obsession. Meta, Amazon, and TikTok are real channels with different skill sets, and if you need them all under one roof, hire a full-service agency for that and let us run Google. Plenty of our clients do exactly that split.

What Happens in the First 30, 60, and 90 Days?

Days 1-30: full audit, feed teardown and rebuild, Merchant Center fixes, server-side tracking installed and verified against store orders, account restructure with margin-aware custom labels. Days 31-60: Smart Bidding reset on the clean data, Search backstops live under Performance Max, search-term hygiene and negative keywords, first asset tests. Days 61-90: scale spend where the margin holds, iterate the feed on real search-term data, kill what is not paying for itself. Every step is checkable in your own account - you keep full access and ownership the whole time.

Should I Hire an Ecommerce PPC Agency or Keep It In-House?

Run the math on three costs, not one. An in-house senior buyer costs a full salary plus tools, plus the recruiting cycle, plus the gap when they leave - and you still need feed engineering and tracking skills, which are separate specialties. An agency spreads senior operators and the tooling across many accounts, so you rent depth you could not hire for the same money. In-house wins when spend is large enough to fund a real team and you want the knowledge in the building. Below roughly €100K/month in spend, a specialist agency is usually the better math. Above it, the honest answer is: it depends, and we will tell you on the call.

What Is the Minimum Ad Spend to Hire an Ecommerce PPC Agency?

€5K/month is the practical floor, and any agency that takes every budget is optimizing for their revenue, not yours. Below €5K, Smart Bidding does not collect enough conversion data to tune Performance Max, and the management fee crowds out the media budget that would actually move the needle. Under that line, run it yourself: the free Google Ads eCom Lab community (1,200+ operators) has the same playbook we run for clients, with monthly live calls. Graduate to the agency when your time becomes the bottleneck, not before.

What Results Should I Expect, and How Fast?

Honest version: the first two weeks look slow on paper, because feed rebuilds and tracking fixes do not show up in a dashboard the day they ship. The compounding starts when Smart Bidding begins reading clean data, usually from week three or four. By week 9 the typical account is meaningfully ahead on ROAS or CPA. We do not promise a number before we have seen your account - anyone who does is guessing with your money. What we will do on the discovery call is pull up your account live and tell you exactly what is broken and what fixing it is worth.

What Should I Ask an Ecommerce PPC Agency Before Signing?

Five questions that expose everything. One: what do you change in my product feed in week one? If the answer is vague, they manage dashboards. Two: who runs my account day to day, and how senior are they? Three: how do you track conversions Safari hides from Google? Four: what does the fee cover - is feed work an add-on? Five: where is your pricing published? An agency with nothing to hide answers all five in plain words. We put our answers on this page and on the pricing page so you can check them before ever talking to us.

How Long Are Your Contracts?

Month-to-month, no lock-in, and that is a feature of the pricing model, not a marketing line. Because the fee is a tiered percentage of spend, flat accounts are bad business for us - we only earn more when your account grows. So we have no reason to trap anyone in a 12-month term, and every reason to keep earning the account each month. If we are not the right fit, we say so on the discovery call before any money moves.

Can You Fix a Suspended Merchant Center as Part of PPC Management?

Yes, and for an ecommerce account it is not optional - no Merchant Center, no Shopping ads, no PPC. We handle GMC disapprovals and suspensions daily across the client base, and our autofix engine clears most category-level disapprovals before they cost an impression. For an active suspension, the discovery call walks through the exact suspension reason and we tell you on the spot whether the account is recoverable. Some clear in a day. Policy and repeat-violation suspensions can take 30-60 days, and we say that upfront instead of selling you ad management you cannot use yet.

Do You Work with Every Ecommerce Platform?

No - Shopify only, and on purpose. Our server-side tracking ships through our own Shopify app in one click, and the feed engineering reads Shopify product data directly. On any other platform or a custom stack we would be slower and worse, so we would rather say no than do a half job. Store size matters more than store age: we work with brands from €5K to €500K/month in Google Ads spend, dropshipping and D2C both. If you are migrating to Shopify, talk to us once the store is live.

Ready for PPC Run by People Who Only Do This?

Drop your store URL on WhatsApp. We pull your Google Ads account up live on the call, start with the feed and Merchant Center, and tell you on the spot what is broken and whether we can scale you.

If we cannot, we say so. No retainer trap. No six-channel upsell.
