One idea holds this whole book together: we set a bar that is almost impossible to hit, and we go for it anyway, on every account, every week.

This is our code. Seven books, in the order that matters: why we exist, what wins when two good things compete, how we do the work, how we scale a client, how we stay trusted, how we serve, and who we are as a team.

Every law here comes down to one line: who we learned it from, and exactly what we do about it at ZenoX. Nothing here is dressed up to sound more certain than it is. If we cannot check a fact, we do not claim it.
