Honest About Who They Serve
Their ecommerce page says it straight: the service works best from £15k a month in sales. Most agencies take any budget that walks in. Publishing your client floor takes discipline, and they did it.
Accentuate Agency vs ZenoX Media · the stage test
Accentuate is a real Birmingham boutique - Shopify Partner, Google Partner, and honest enough to publish exactly who they serve: businesses from £15k a month in sales. ZenoX is built for the stage after that, when Google starts deciding six-figure months. Same journey, two different jobs. This page maps the handover point, because hiring for the wrong stage wastes everyone's year.

Accentuate Agency is the stronger pick for a UK business around its stated £15k-a-month mark. You get SEO, AI-search work, and ads from one small local team. ZenoX is the stronger pick once Google Shopping decides six-figure months: one channel, in-house software, published pricing, month to month.
The longer version
These two agencies serve different stages of ecommerce growth, and both are honest about it. Accentuate Agency is an independent Birmingham (UK) boutique offering SEO, GEO (AI-search optimisation), Google Ads, and Meta Ads, with real credentials - Shopify Partner, Google Partner - and a small named team. Its published ecom track record centers on one named case study. Pricing amounts are not published. ZenoX Media is a specialist built for the next stage: Google Ads only, for ecom brands doing 6-7 figures a month - 200+ stores across the US, Europe, and Dubai, 19 named people on our about page, an in-house AI engine reading every account hourly, a published rate card (10% down to 6% of spend), month-to-month terms, and public proof (Trustpilot 4.8 from 38 reviews, named clients on camera). For a UK business that wants a personal local partner across SEO and ads, Accentuate looks like a solid choice. For a store where Google Shopping decides six-figure months, specialist infrastructure is the whole point. ZenoX stays month to month either way, so moving up a stage never means signing your freedom away.
What Accentuate gets right
Small does not mean amateur, and Accentuate proves it. Every line below is from their own pages and public listings, checked 17 July 2026.
Their ecommerce page says it straight: the service works best from £15k a month in sales. Most agencies take any budget that walks in. Publishing your client floor takes discipline, and they did it.
A Shopify Partner Agency and a Google Partner, with a registered UK company and a named team page. Every basic a buyer would want to check, checkable.
They offer GEO - generative engine optimisation - alongside classic SEO. Most boutiques have not even noticed that shift. This one built a service line for it. That is a team paying attention.
Their Snug Rug Company case study names the client and publishes specific results - their own claims, shown in the open. Plenty of bigger agencies hide behind anonymous logos. They do not.
The month the schedule stops being enough
Think back to why you hired your first agency. You wanted someone local. Someone who knew your name, answered the phone, and cared whether the month went well. You got that. It worked. It is a big part of how you got here.
Then the store kept growing. Eighty products became eight hundred. One market became three. The maths flipped the night a feed disapproval on a Friday started costing more by Monday than the monthly fee. A bid moving at 2am matters at 2am, not at the next scheduled check-in.
Nothing broke. The store outgrew the clock. A sharp human reviewing your account on a schedule is the right tool for a store finding its feet - and no schedule, however caring, can watch eight hundred products around the clock. Past a certain size, the job stops being attention and starts being infrastructure.
That is the whole question this page answers. Which stage is your store at, honestly? The table below puts both company shapes side by side so you can decide with facts instead of feelings.
That is an illustrative scenario, not a real client's year, and nothing in it describes Accentuate's work. It is the stage change we see in stores as a catalog outgrows any human schedule - whoever is running the ads.
Before the differences
A comparison that finds nothing in common is not a comparison, it is an advert. Here is the honest overlap.
Both companies run Google Ads for ecommerce, hold real Google credentials, and publish who they are rather than hiding behind a logo. Both name their own client floor in public, which most agencies refuse to do. Theirs is £15k a month in sales. Ours is a store doing 1-2k a day in revenue. Both put named case-study work on the site. Both would tell you on a first call if you are the wrong size. This page is a stage test between two honest shops, not a quality argument.
Nothing on either side of this table is a criticism - it is two honest company shapes for two different stages. Their side from their own pages, ours from ours.

How to Read This Comparison
We wrote this page, and we are one of the two agencies on it. So read it as our case for ZenoX, not a neutral review. Check us for yourself: real reviews on Trustpilot, real press coverage, and the competitor's own site, since every one of their numbers here is public and dated.

Accentuate's side of this table comes from their own public pages (accentuate.agency home, ecommerce, services, and team pages) and their public Clutch listing, checked on 17 July 2026, with the review-profile and software checks re-run on 22 July 2026. Quotes are verbatim, with every claim re-verified live on 3 August 2026. If anything changes on their site, tell us and we will update this page.
Same seven criteria on every comparison we publish. Their column is quoted from their own public pages, on the dates below. Never from a review aggregator or a rival's blog. Our column is quoted from our own site, where the rate card, the terms, and the reviews are already public. Where we could not confirm something, we say so instead of filling the gap.
Focus - how much of the company does the one job you are hiring for
Fit - the size and type of business each shop is actually built around
Price - what you can learn before anyone gets you on a call
Terms - how you leave if the numbers stop landing
Proof - what a stranger can check without either agency in the room
Software - what each company built itself, versus what it rents or uses off the shelf
People - who touches the account and how fast they answer
Every link goes to the page the claim sits on. Read them yourself - that is the point of printing them.
Checked on
Not a criticism of them. Just the honest edge of what is public - and the questions worth asking on your own call.
What Accentuate charges. Their three core Google Ads plans are described, but no amounts are published.
Their contract terms. Nothing about length, notice, or cancellation appears on the site.
Whether they have a Trustpilot profile. Trustpilot blocks automated checks and their site does not link one, so "we could not find it" is as far as we can honestly go.
How many ecom clients they run. One named case study plus an unnamed retailer is what is public.
Note for the reader: accentuate.agency blocks automated fetches, so the links above may need a real browser. Every claim on this page came from a hand check on the dates listed.
At £15k a month, a caring boutique is exactly what a store needs - and Accentuate looks like a good one. At £15k a DAY, the job changes: thousands of products, multiple markets, feeds that break at 2am. That stage needs software watching hourly and senior operators making the calls. Hire for the stage you are entering, not the one you are leaving.

Founder & CEO - ZenoX Media
A note from Chris, founder of ZenoX
I ran my own ecom store before ZenoX, so I have lived both stages: the month a store first finds its footing, and the month the catalog gets too big for any human to watch product by product. Different problems. Different company shapes.
That second stage is why we built the engine: software reading your account every hour and re-ranking every product every night, with a senior operator making the calls. Not because boutiques are bad. Because at scale, attention alone stops being enough.
If you are honestly still at stage one, a good boutique will serve you well, and we say so on this page. The moment Google starts deciding six-figure months, message us. We look at the account live and let your numbers make the call.

The part you cannot hire
At boutique scale, a sharp human on a schedule is enough. There are only so many campaigns to watch, and Accentuate's model fits that stage honestly.
At 6-7 figures a month the catalog wins every time: thousands of products, bids moving all night, a feed that can break while everyone sleeps. More meetings do not fix that. Machinery does. These eight systems run on every ZenoX account, with a senior operator on top making the calls.
As of 22 July 2026, their site lists services - no in-house system that watches your account appears anywhere on it.
One private AI brain underneath all eight - trained on what 200+ stores have already taught it.

The usual signs it is time - whoever runs your ads today:
Getting a reply takes a follow-up, and getting a decision takes two
You hired experts so you could stop running the ads yourself, yet you still make every call that matters
Everything is stable and tidy, but months go by without anyone proposing a way to grow it
If your store has outgrown its first agency - or is about to - the move is simpler than it sounds. Graduating is a normal step, not a breakup. From day one a senior operator runs the account with our in-house AI engine underneath.
What happens when you tap the button: you send us a WhatsApp with your store. We look at the account live and tell you straight if we can grow it. No pitch, no pressure. If it is a fit, we study what your current agency built - good foundations get kept, not torn down - and you keep your campaigns, your history, and your data. Month to month from day one. Cancel any time.
