Real Scale
"1000+ proud employee owners" and "$4B digital media under management" - their numbers, their site. Scale like that buys platform relationships and negotiating leverage no boutique will ever have.
Tinuiti vs ZenoX Media · the right-size test
Tinuiti calls itself the largest independent full-funnel marketing agency, and the scale backs it - 1,000+ employee owners, $4B in media, case studies with DSW and e.l.f. They also run a midsize offering, Foundation, so they are not only for giants. If that shape is your size, call them and go with our blessing. If you run an ecom store doing 6-7 figures a month on Google, keep reading. This page is a fit test: the agency built for the biggest brands in America, or the one built around a store exactly your size.

Written by Christopher Krassnig, Founder & CEO of ZenoX Media. Every claim about Tinuiti on this page traces to a dated source, checked by hand.
Page updated 3 August 2026. Their facts last checked 3 August 2026. See the method.
Tinuiti is the stronger pick for enterprise and national brands buying TV, Amazon, retail media, and search together. Their case studies carry far bigger names than ours. ZenoX is the stronger pick for a 6-7 figure/month store living on Google Shopping: one channel, published pricing, month to month.
The longer version
It depends on your size, and the honest answer cuts both ways. Tinuiti is, by its own site, "the largest independent full-funnel marketing agency across the media that matters most": 1,000+ employee owners, $4 billion in digital media under management, channels running from linear TV to Amazon, and case studies with DSW, e.l.f., Sony, and Carter's (their site, checked 3 August 2026). Worth saying plainly: they are not enterprise-only. They publish a midsize offering called Foundation and say they serve "brands large and small". They publish no pricing, minimums, or contract terms - those come on a sales call. ZenoX Media is the opposite shape on purpose. The full rate card sits on the site (10% of spend down to 6%), the terms are month to month, and the whole company does one job: Google Ads for ecom brands. 19 named people on our about page plus an in-house AI engine - hourly account reads, nightly product-level scaling ranks - run 200+ stores across the US, Europe, and Dubai, with over EUR 200M in revenue generated. So run the right-size test. A national enterprise buying TV, retail media, and Amazon together should shortlist Tinuiti. A 6-7 figure/month Shopify brand that lives or dies on Google Shopping should hire the specialist built around stores that size - and can read every term, pricing included, before anyone calls.
What Tinuiti gets right
No pretending the giant is bad at its job. Tinuiti earned the position. Here is what is real, from their own pages, checked 17 July 2026.
"1000+ proud employee owners" and "$4B digital media under management" - their numbers, their site. Scale like that buys platform relationships and negotiating leverage no boutique will ever have.
TV, streaming, audio, Amazon, Meta, TikTok, paid search, affiliate, influencer, CRO, email. If you need one agency across every channel at once, this is what that actually looks like.
DSW, e.l.f., Honest Company, Liquid I.V., Carter's, Sony. National brands with published case studies. Nobody hands accounts like that to a team that cannot execute.
Founded in 2004 as Elite SEM, employee-owned since 2007. In an industry full of churn shops, two decades of stability keeps account teams intact - and that matters more to a client than any award does.
The right-size test
Signing with the biggest name in the room feels like graduation. A real account team, polished decks, a logo your investors recognize. The first quarter is all energy: kickoff calls, audits, a roadmap thicker than anything your last agency ever sent.
Then somewhere in quarter two, it goes quiet. Not because anyone did anything wrong - this is the arithmetic of an enterprise roster. When a $4B media plan sets the priorities, the sharpest people and the fastest answers flow to the accounts that move the total, and every account below that line gets the standard cadence. One day you open the deck and find your store on a summary slide - one row, next to brands spending twenty times what you do. Nothing is broken. You just stopped being the client anyone builds their week around.
Nobody failed you. The math did this. An agency organized around clients who move billions in media has to point its best people at the accounts that move the number. A store doing 6-7 figures a month does not move that number. Which leaves the only question on this page that matters: are you the client the machine was built around, or the smallest thing it carries?
That is an illustrative scenario, not a real client's quarter. It is not a claim about how Tinuiti treats anyone. It is the arithmetic of any roster where some accounts are a hundred times the size of others. Ours included, if we ever built one like that.
Before the differences
A comparison that finds nothing in common is not a comparison, it is an advert. Here is the honest overlap.
Quite a lot, once you strip out size. Both companies run Google Ads at real scale for real retail brands, and both have the years behind them to show it. Both publish client work under names instead of hiding behind anonymous logos. Both put specialists on the channel rather than a generalist covering everything. Both will tell you on the first call what they think your account is worth doing. This page is a size-and-shape test, not a quality test - Tinuiti is very good at the job Tinuiti is built for.
Two well-run companies, built for different customers. Their side comes from their own public pages; ours from ours. Read it as a fit test - nothing softened either way.

We wrote this page, and we are one of the two agencies on it. So read it as our case for ZenoX, not a neutral review. Check us for yourself: real reviews on Trustpilot, real press coverage, and the competitor's own site, since every one of their numbers here is public and dated.

Tinuiti's side of this table comes from their own public pages (tinuiti.com home, about, services, and work pages), checked on 17 July 2026, with the software and contact-form rows re-checked 22 July 2026. They publish no pricing or contract terms - that absence is stated as a fact, not a criticism, with every claim re-verified live on 3 August 2026. If anything changes on their site, tell us and we will update this page.
Same seven criteria on every comparison we publish. Their column is quoted from their own public pages, on the dates below. Never from a review aggregator or a rival's blog. Our column is quoted from our own site, where the rate card, the terms, and the reviews are already public. Where we could not confirm something, we say so instead of filling the gap.
Focus - how much of the company does the one job you are hiring for
Fit - the size and type of business each shop is actually built around
Price - what you can learn before anyone gets you on a call
Terms - how you leave if the numbers stop landing
Proof - what a stranger can check without either agency in the room
Software - what each company built itself, versus what it rents or uses off the shelf
People - who touches the account and how fast they answer
Every link goes to the page the claim sits on. Read them yourself - that is the point of printing them.

Not a criticism of them. Just the honest edge of what is public - and the questions worth asking on your own call.
What Tinuiti charges. No pricing, minimum, or rate card appears anywhere on their site.
Their contract terms. Nothing about length, notice, or cancellation is published.
Whether they would take a 6-7 figure/month store, and what that account would get. Their contact form starts at Under $1 Million a year, which frames the conversation but does not answer the question.
How Bliss Point behaves on a store catalog rather than a media plan. Their pages describe enterprise measurement, so we describe only that.
If you are Carter's, call Tinuiti - genuinely. If you are a Shopify brand where Google Shopping decides whether the month was good, fifteen channels is the wrong purchase. A store your size needs one channel, run to death, by people and software built for exactly that.

Founder & CEO - ZenoX Media
A note from Chris, founder of ZenoX
I ran my own ecom store before I ran an agency. Nobody builds a 1,000-person, fifteen-channel agency for a store like mine - and honestly, they should not. That is enterprise machinery for enterprise problems.
So I built the opposite shape: nineteen people you can name on our about page, one channel, and our own engine reading every account every hour. Small team on purpose. Software so the small team never misses what a big team catches with headcount.
If you are the store the giants would file under 'small account', you are exactly who this company was built around. Message us and see it on your own numbers.

The part you cannot hire
Tinuiti's breadth is real, and enterprise clients need it. Fifteen channels under one roof is exactly what a national brand buys. But breadth splits attention by design - on a media plan that size, one store's Google account is a small line in a much bigger picture.
ZenoX went the other way. One channel, with our own software underneath it: the eight systems below, built in-house, running on every account we manage. Breadth divides attention across fifteen channels. Depth stacks all of it onto one. That is the entire bet this company is built on.
Tinuiti's own contact form asks for your annual ad spend in brackets that run from "Under $1 Million" to "$50M+" (checked 22 July 2026). These eight systems were built for the stores at the start of that range, not the end.
One private AI brain underneath all eight - trained on what 200+ stores have already taught it.

You are an enterprise or national brand with a multi-channel media plan
You need TV, streaming, Amazon, and retail media coordinated under one roof

Budget conversations happening on sales calls is normal procurement for you
You are an ecom brand doing 6-7 figures a month where Google is the growth engine
You want the person running your ads to answer you directly, the same day
You want published pricing and month-to-month terms you can read before any call
You want your own account read hourly by software, not a slice of a big team's attention

The usual signs it is time - whoever runs your ads today:
The deck you get each month is thorough about what already happened and silent on what changes next week.
Your monthly spend has climbed all year, yet the account structure looks the same as the day you signed.
Nobody on the team can tell you which products still make money after ad costs and fees come out.
Enterprise agencies prove themselves with sales decks and references. We would rather prove it on your live account. Message us and we look at it together - we give you an honest read on whether we can grow it, and if we cannot, we say that too. Then you decide with your own numbers in front of you.
What happens when you tap the button: you send us a WhatsApp with your store. We look at the account live and tell you straight if we can grow it. No pitch, no pressure. If it is a fit, we study what your current agency built - good foundations get kept, not torn down - and you keep your campaigns, your history, and your data. Month to month from day one. Cancel any time.
