You scale Google Ads for ecommerce by fixing the feed and account structure before you touch a single bid, then letting Performance Max and Shopping bid on clean signal. The order matters: server-side tracking first so conversions are accurate, feed engineering second, campaign structure third, bid strategy last. Bid strategy as the first lever
