Can I run Google Ads profitably on 20 to 30 euros a day as a solo dropshipper?
The short answer
30 euros a day is the very bottom of the range Google Ads works at, and 20 euros a day is under it. That is about 900 euros a month, and Smart Bidding needs 30 to 50 sales to learn, so your cost per sale must stay near 22 euros. ZenoX will not take an account this small, so we gain nothing by talking you up.
The honest range
We tell brands to launch Performance Max at 30 to 50 euros a day. So 30 is not impossible. It is the floor of the floor, with no room for a mistake. 20 euros a day sits under the range, and a tiny budget like 5 euros a day learns nothing at all.
The reason is not snobbery about budget size. It is that Google needs sales to learn from, and a small budget buys few sales.
The math that decides it
Do the sums before you spend anything. 30 euros a day is roughly 900 euros a month. A campaign needs about 30 to 50 sales to get through the learning phase and settle down.
Split 900 euros across 40 sales and your cost per sale has to be around 22 euros. So if you sell a 40 euro product and your cost per sale is 25 euros, this can work. If your cost per sale is 60 euros, you will buy 15 sales a month, the campaign never finishes learning, and you are paying to stay stuck. The budget is not the real question. The cost per sale is.
What to do with 30 euros a day
Put it all behind one campaign on the few products most likely to sell. Do not split 30 euros across five campaigns, because you just divide thin data into thinner slices and nothing learns.
Expect the first one to two weeks to look bad. Performance Max needs its first 10 to 30 sales before it starts optimizing at all, and at this budget that takes a while. Resist rewriting things mid-flight. Big edits reset the learning clock and stretch the pain out longer.
Why we are telling you this for free
ZenoX has a practical floor of around 5,000 euros a month in ad spend before we take an account on. You are nowhere near it, so we have nothing to sell you here and no reason to tell you to spend more than you should.
If you are at 30 euros a day, run it yourself. The free Google Ads eCom Lab community teaches the same playbook we use on client accounts, with senior operators answering questions. Come back when the spend is there.
